Check-in
Reception is open daily from 08:00 to 16:00.

• If you arrive before 16:00, a team member will personally welcome you and guide you to your apartment.
• If you arrive after 16:00, please follow the self-check-in instructions.

You can store your luggage and park at any time during the day while you explore the area.

Check-out Policy

• Check-out Ends at 11:00
• However, especially during the off-season, we try to be flexible — just let us know if you’d like to stay a little longer, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellation policy:
Standard cancellation policy:

• 1/5-31/10 free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in
• 1/11-30/4 free cancellation up to 6 days before check-in

Non-refundable:

• For all prices, a non-refundable option should be offered, at a 3% discount of whatever the price should normally be.
• Restriction: only available at least 15 days before check-in

Pet fees:
1 pet:

• €15 for the first night
• €10/night afterwards, until the 6th night (6 nights, €65)
• Afterwards (starting from the 7th night), it should cost €7.50/night

2 pets:

• €20 for the first night
• €15/night afterwards, until the 6th night
• Afterwards, it should cost €10/night
